@LamPurpleArt Someone suggested it's a contact issue which seems to be the case. The blotted lines are when I -don't- touch the metal of the iPad, the smooth are when I do. (Model is iPad Pro 12.9-inch 3rd Gen (2018) )

I think my iPad is dying. Womp womp. New pencil, new nibs so that's been ruled out, but I still keep getting the broken/blotted sensitivity when I draw that is REALLY irritating.

One thing I really enjoy about drawing Au Ra is making the scale texture rise above the skin! I LOVE SCALES AND HOOOORNS.
